After 8 years of seminary studies he discontinued during second year theology to encounter the real world experiences. He holds a Master's in Personnel Management (MPM), Master of Sociology (M.A), MSc Psychology, Diploma in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare (DLL&LW) and Ph.D. in CSR During the last 14 years he has ventured many areas of life which has enriched him to be a passionate motivational author and speaker. He is now converting all his rich experience into books to motivate and guide people around to make the world a happy place to live. He also moderates a google group called HeartSpeaks which caters a good number of people on the net on a daily basis with motivational messages and themes. He worked in Human Resource & Administration with different firms in India and USA. Currently he works with a professional college as an associate professor in Management Studies. He also gives motivational lectures to Engineering and Management students. .
